Details of the Community
Express Loan Program:
The
purpose of this loan is solely for working
capital. This loan is offered to
Minorities, Women, Veterans and business owners in Low to Moderate Income (LMI)
areas and other SBA designated areas.
Features of this loan are:
- Low monthly payments
- No Collateral is required this is an unsecured
loan program.
- The term is 10 years, fully amortized.
- There is no prepayment penalty (21 day notice
required).
- Applications are approved based on credit
scoring models which are primarily based on personal payment habits. Typically, applicants with poor or limited credit history will not
be eligible for this program.
- No tax returns are required.
- No appraisals or environmental reports are
required.
- Start up businesses
allowed.
- All SBA eligible industries
considered.
- Borrowers must receive a Community Express
Certificate of Technical Assistance from an SBA approved Technical
Assistance Provider SCORE Chapter 6.
- Loan Payments are auto drafted from business account.
Application Requirements:
- Good Credit required
- NO arrests, back
child support, delinquent federal loans, including
student loans
- Business
checking account is required
bring a business check with you
- A valid drivers license or official ID
- Social
Security number / Federal Tax ID
- U.S. Citizen or proof of legal permanent
resident alien
- All partners, principals
or co-owners of business must complete application
